First Paige Fitness Finds Balance Between Looking and Feeling Great

Offering affordable fitness programs that can accommodate any lifestyle, Paige Feddersohn is the lead of First Paige Fitness in Santa Barbara, CA. Feddersohn brings more than four years of experience to her clientele, who range from new moms looking to lose baby weight to anyone wanting to improve their overall health and fitness.

"I was inspired to become a personal trainer after I fell in love with the results I got in my own health and wellness journey," Feddersohn said. "Of course, the aesthetic improvements are always great, but I want to help people not only fall in love with how they look, but how they feel."

First Paige Fitness offers a 12-week Transformation Program that helps each client feel supported through their fitness journey. The program starts with a lifestyle analysis that helps the trainers approach each person's Transformation Program in a unique way that's tailored to the individual. Clients are coached along the way and receive one-on-one attention to reach their goals.

The B.Y.O.B Mommy and Me Stroller Program allows new moms to workout with First Paige Fitness while staying with their babies. This program includes a personalized nutrition plan, flexible workout schedule and group support for those who want it.

"Moms can often find themselves taking care of everyone else in their family and don't leave any room to take care of themselves," Feddersohn said. "I wanted to create an environment where moms can not only have some time to themselves, but also do something really great for their mind and body to give them the stamina they need to keep up with their kids."

The First Paige Fitness team is not only comprised of personal trainers, but registered dietitians as well. This allows clients to have a 360-degree approach to their health, tackling physical fitness and dietary wellness. In fact, Feddersohn said she has seen clients lose weight up to three times faster when a dietitian is involved in the process.

"We strive for improvement not perfection," Feddersohn said. "We understand that life gets in the way. As long as we are making consistent lifelong changes, small breaks here and there to deal with whatever life is throwing at them will only give our clients the time they need to heal so that when they are ready to step foot back in the gym, they do so with a fresh, renewed spirit."
