It's hard settling into a new neighborhood, especially if you and your partner are younger, and maybe not ready to look into a buying a house or even sure about where to live. Being a young couple in LA County is a perfect place to find a fun neighborhood with people just like you! Whether is be cost, public transportation, or distance from the city you're worried about, here are the top 5 towns perfect for young couples in LA County, that will meet all of your needs!

5. Pasadena

For some couples, moving to Pasadena might not be too much change in scenery, since there is a large population centered around the colleges, such as California Institute of Technology, Art Center College of Design, and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Young couples in college or grad school might find this city to be excellent in terms of price and location. There is a large demographic for younger ages here, and it's a perfect place to settle if you and your partner want to find entertainment as well.

This is also the place for art lovers. The museums, as well as the performing arts in this location attract many younger couples to the area. The Tournament of Roses Parade is held annually, and the Rose Bowl Game is another great part about Pasadena. Since this is close to several colleges, the public transportation is easily accessible.

4. Monterey Park

Antelope Valley is located in northern LA County, and it's part of the western tip of the Mojave Desert. This location is beautiful like a vacation resort, and it's also known to be fairly low in terms of cost of living. The vegetation is absolutely gorgeous here, which is why agriculture is such a major industry.

With a population of about 475,000 people, it is easy to find real estate given the size of this area. In addition to the many forms of excellent public transportation, there are also many beautiful parks to visit. Among many others, the Antelope Valley Indian Museum State Historic Park, and Devil's Punchbowl County Park are some of the places that make Antelope Valley such a lovely place to live.

2. Glendale

This expansive area is the third largest city in Los Angeles County, which makes for a variety of fun nightlife activities and diverse culture. It's located between San Fernando Valley and also the San Gabriel Valley. It has a population of about 191,700 people. The central location of Glendale makes easy access to any part of LA County.

The cost of living here has been known to be lower than some other towns in LA County, and the size of the area makes it an attractive place for finding jobs. This is appealing to younger couples who are conscious about money and expenses. Plus, about 50% of the demographic here is made up of couples and also families.

1. Long Beach

This location has a fairly low rate for renters, which might appeal to younger couples who are trying to secure jobs or decide about children in the future. The southeast area of Long Beach borders Orange County. This is such a great area because it's right on the Port of Long Beach, a lovely part of the beach, which also has historic tours as well.
